Vegetarian pancakes

  • wheat flour
    2.0 cup
  • vegetable oil
    2.0 tablespoon
  • sugar
    4.0 teaspoon
  • salt
    1.0 teaspoon
  • mineral water with gas
    2.5 cup
  1. Sift the flour with salt. Add sugar
  2. Gradually pouring in water, knead the dough of the same consistency as sour cream.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.
  4. Preheat the pan. Add a little vegetable oil.
  5. Pour in 1 ladle of dough. Make a circular motion with the pan so that the dough spreads evenly over the entire surface.
  6. Fry for 1.5 minutes. Turn the pancake to the other side with a spatula and fry for another 1 min.
  7. Transfer the pancake to a platter.
  8. Also fry the rest of the pancakes.
