Finely chop the onion and lightly fry it in 2 tablespoons of oil.
Cook the potatoes, rub hot, add a little broth, cool.
Combine the potatoes with onions, herbs, add flour, salt to taste, and mix.
Spread the resulting mass in small portions on a preheated frying pan and fry in vegetable oil until Golden.
Put the finished pancakes on a platter, and serve the sour cream separately
