sesame oil
40.0 ml.
soy sauce
50.0 ml.
fresh grated ginger
1.0 tablespoon
carrot

Grate the carrots on a large grater, preferably on a Korean carrot grater.
Cucumbers cut into strips.
Grind grated ginger and finely chopped garlic in a mortar. Add sesame oil and soy sauce.
Add this mixture to the carrot and cucumber, mix well. Let it brew a little, so that the vegetables are soaked.
Fry the sesame seeds in a dry pan.
Arrange on plates, sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds and herbs.
