Carrot salad "quick way"

  • garlic
    1.0 pc.
  • cucumber
    200.0 g
  • greenery
    10.0 g
  • sesame seeds
    20.0 g
  • sesame oil
    40.0 ml.
  • soy sauce
    50.0 ml.
  • fresh grated ginger
    1.0 tablespoon
  • carrot
    500.0 g
  1. Grate the carrots on a large grater, preferably on a Korean carrot grater.
  2. Cucumbers cut into strips.
  3. Grind grated ginger and finely chopped garlic in a mortar. Add sesame oil and soy sauce.
  4. Add this mixture to the carrot and cucumber, mix well. Let it brew a little, so that the vegetables are soaked.
  5. Fry the sesame seeds in a dry pan.
  6. Arrange on plates, sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds and herbs.
  7. Bon Appetit!
