  1. Beat the butter with powdered sugar with a mixer. Then enter the egg and liquid honey (if thick, heat in the microwave).
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients. Add them to the liquid mass, knead the dough, put it in plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator for an hour.
  3. We take out half of the dough, roll it out in a thin layer, about 3-4 mm, cut out the figures and carefully transfer them to a baking sheet covered with parchment. We send it to the preheated oven to 180 degrees for 5-12 minutes, depending on the oven and the thickness of the dough.
  4. Ready-made products to decorate to taste. Glaze option: beat one protein with 150 grams of powdered sugar and a few drops of lemon juice. Bon Appetit!
